Can we get certificates of compliance for Axygen products?

Yes! Certificates are available from the Axygen website: www.axygen.com for each lot number of products you have purchased.

If we order some Stratagene competent cells today, when can we expect to get them?

At PLP we have consolidated frozen shipments from Agilent for Stratagene products every 2 weeks, so you can expect that 2 weeks would be the maximum time you will wait to get a delivery. We do expect to be holding some product lines in stock however, so deliveries will then be much shorter. Please remember though that many Stratagene products require Dry Ice shipment, so this means that they would travel to you overnight.
