And when you’re searching for products that may be considered a little out of the ordinary, that’s when our customer service comes to the fore – if we don’t have it in stock we’ll make every effort to either locate it or suggest an equivalent product.

To maintain our high level of service, the Customer Service Team is regularly trained so as to provide timely advice on products that best compliment your needs. For key accounts, our Account Managers may be supported by additional team members to provide supplementary support as required.
