Customer Service
It is our objective to seek the distinctive competence necessary to provide world-class service to our customers. This will be achieved by a team of seven skilled and experienced Customer Service representatives. Our Customer Service personnel have many years experience within the Scientific Industry and understand the customers' needs intimately. We achieve this understanding by face to face visits to our customers, so we can tailor a solution to their needs though our services.
Orders are processed via a ComOps computer system to ensure that all orders for stocked items received by our Customer Service team by 12pm, will leave our warehouse for delivery the next business day. The nation-wide computing system provides on-the-spot information on customer orders, inventory and dispatch. Our warehouse is serviced by 3 fully trained personnel who are the best in the business. Weekly shipments are received from most overseas principals at the national warehouse in Noble Park, Victoria to ensure that we have the right stock available for our customers when orders are received.
