Service Engineering
Pacific Laboratory Products supports its range of scientific instrumentation in the field with a team of 3 service engineers. These engineers are factory trained and have a commitment to customer satisfaction and quality control. Our engineers are based in Melbourne and Sydney and have the ultimate goal of fixing instrumentation first time - every time, to ensure the customer has minimal ‘down time’.
This level of service is one of the important differentiating factors between Pacific Laboratory Products and its competitors.
Service support includes job scheduling, spare parts, preventative maintenance and reporting to customers.
